By downloading or using Speakify you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Speakify for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
Speakify Premium is an auto-renewable subscription available as weekly, monthly, or yearly plans that removes ads. The price and length are shown in the app before purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
You are responsible for the books, links, and files you add to the app and for ensuring you have the right to access and use them. Respect the copyright and terms of any third-party content or website you open in the app.
You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that third-party content will always be available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
