Common questions
I bought a story pack. How do I get it on a new device?
Open the app, go to Settings → Story packs → Restore purchases, and pass the grown-up check. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you bought it with. There is no account to sign in to.
Can my family use the pack I bought?
Yes, on the App Store the pack works with Family Sharing, where available. Family members open the app and tap Restore purchases.
The purchase went through but the stories are still locked.
Check your internet connection, then tap Restore purchases. If they are still locked, email us with the date of the purchase. Please don't include card details.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple or Google. On iPhone and iPad, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, use Google Play's order history.
I can't hear the narration or music.
Turn up the volume and check that the device isn't connected to headphones or a speaker you didn't expect. In Settings → Sound you can turn the app music and bedtime music on or off and change the music volume.
How does Bedtime mode stop?
Choose a sleep timer before you start. When it ends, the music fades and the story stops by itself. You can also stop it from the lock screen.
How do I change the language?
Go to Settings → Language. Stories, prayers and narration are available in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Does the app need the internet?
No. Stories, pictures, narration and music are all in the app. The internet is only used for purchases and restoring them.
How do I see the tips again?
Go to Settings → Show tips again.
Does the app collect my child's data?
No. There are no accounts, ads or tracking. Reading progress and settings stay on the device. See the privacy policy.
